Order
Ordering is carried out in the webshop. Order confirmation with specification of ordered products is sent via specified email. For any changes to completed order please contact bmworder@expohouse.com

Delivery
Ordered material is produced on request and will be packed together before shipping.
Depending on destination and the amount of products relevant shipping method will be used.
Wrapping and shipping is always additional to product price and will be added to the order after shipping.

Start cost
A start cost is added in the cart per placed print order.
This added cost cover order administration and production setup cost.
Collect your different procucts in a joint order to save several start costs.

Damage or loss
Expohouse is not reponsible for any damage and loss during shipment.
Damages shall be reported to Expohouse within 10 days after reception of products.

Price
Prices are reported in relevant currency excluding VAT.
Expohouse reserves the right to any price changes and can adjust prices and or remove services/products from the range at any time.

Typos and pictures
Expohouse disclaims all responsibility for any typos in the product range and the General Terms and Conditions regardless of form.
Images can be examples of products and should not be seen as exact depictions.
BMW has final approval on all artwork in the shop.

Payment terms
Payment terms 30 days net, for late payment interest is charged at 12%.

Order confirmation is sent to specified e-mail.

Complaints
Any complaints on delivered products must reach us no later than 10 days after delivery.

Personal data
Expohouse handles personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act (PUL) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By accepting our terms of purchase, you consent to your data being stored and used to fulfill our obligations in connection with ordering, as well as to your data being used for newsletters and offers. You as a customer can contact us at any time to access, change or delete your data. Your data will not be disclosed to any third party.

Force majeure
Circumstances such as war, strike, blockade, fire, explosion, government intervention or other circumstances beyond the control of the parties which prevent, delay or materially contribute to the cost of the parties performance of the terms of this Agreement, and which could not reasonably have been foreseen, release the parties from their obligations and rights under this Agreement.

Dispute
Disputes between companies are settled by general courts.
